Fretting will only cause you to worry
Worry will cause you fear
Fear will make you weak
Weakness could make you ill
Illness will make you frail
Frailty will rob your strength
Lack of strength will make you fret
So instead of fretting, please pray...
Pray and keep praying
Lift your voice to your God who watches you
Ask others to pray for you
Put your needs on a prayer website
Or call a friend on the phone
Go to Church and let them lift you up
Read the Word and be comforted
Then trust that God will lead you
Even though it all looks dark
Even if on the surface, nothing seems to change
Know that you are trusting in your Creator
He is the GREAT I AM
His Hand is not too short to deliver you
Or too weak to move, whatever needs to be cast out of your life
No one can take over you, for His presence is with you
No darkness can befall you, for His light will be with you
So when you start to fret, please STOP and start to pray
God bless!
