  • Condition: Nice used console with some flaws. One crack in back and small piece missing where rear ash tray mounts. Cracks in Shifter tunnel, hole drilled in front for wires, some mounting boss repair needed. Very nice original 4 spd shifter plate. See photos for good pictures of all work needed.

    Description

    This is a nice used 1970-71 Camaro  4 speed Console. It is the same as 1972 except for the shift plate. It does have the usual issues that will need repair. It has one hole drilled in the front for wires to go through under the dash. It has one small broken mounting for the rear ash tray at lower part, which the seat will cover. It does also have some mounting bosses that will need repair, and the console after these repairs will require a repaint. 4 sprred plate is in excellent shape. Shift tunnel has the usual breaks, and these are reproduced for around 30 bucks. The wire for the rear console light is also included. Also, the inside the console lid has a split in it.
    Console looks real clean from the outside, but is not perfect. These were very brittle and easily damaged. Most all of these have the same problems. With a little time put in this, you could make an excellent console. 4 Speed ones are really HARD to find.
