60s Pontiac 421 Center Console Automatic Shifter Vintage

Description

I believe this console part is from a mid 1960s Pontiac of some kind.
I am often wrong, so please verify.
Good Cosmetic Condition.  I don't see any major badness.
Please give the photos a look to determine condition and completeness.
I only have what you see in photo's.
Overall length is approximately 34".
Needless to say this steel unit is HEAVY.
