    Description

    Antique Primitive glass and metal candle lantern, excellent condition. The lantern measures about 10 inches high, with the handle up, it measures 12 inches and is  about 4 inches square.  The glass has no cracks or chips.  I saw a picture of one almost exactly like this, it was found in a shelter cave in northern Italy and  dates before WW1, information from the White War Museum.
