ORIGINAL 8"x10" (approx.) Columbia Pictures FULL COLOR Lithographed Mini Lobby Card
, with the Columbia Pictures credits at the bottom border. These mini-lobby cards were printed in Great Britain but are NOT British Front-of-the-House cards, lacking the British certificate designation while including the National Screen Service production number.
There are two variations of mini-lobby cards for this title. Both were printed in England. The 1st has high gloss, almost mirror-like, laminate surface with a white back. The 2nd has a matte gloss surface with a cream color back. It would be my guess that the high gloss cards were used in the first run and initial US showings, and that the regular gloss were used in the wide-release showings, reprinted as the success and distribution of the film expanded.
This is an original mini lobby card produced by National Screen Service by Columbia Pictures Still used to promote the film on its original release
