Description

Up for sale is a dual speed controller for use with Player piano vacuum boxes. It is the Bergytone series of components that were the leading pump supplier for many years. This dual speed controller comes with the micro-switch that is used to select which knob controls the speed. The switch senses the play/ rewind condition of the piano and the motor speed can then be adjusted for each condition. It has a main on/off switch and five feet of wire to make the connection to the motor.
The DIY plans are 12 pages of details of how to build your own vacuum box, from a wood cutting layout (only needs a 2x2 "handy board" from Home depot) to the part number of the pump motor needed (not included) which is available on Amazon for . The instructions are packed with photos to lead you through every step.
A set of  6 page instructions are included for installing and using the speed controller device.
A pump can be built for less than 0 including the cost of this controller with these DIY plans. This controller is new, old stock and is fully guaranteed for three years if used with the recommended motor.
