Description

Very pleased to offer a Gorgeous Handled Dessert Serving Plate by John & William Ridgway; Circa 1815; in the "Fancy" Pattern.  This pattern has truly beautiful colors and is marked on the back by the painter, along with the "Fancy Stone China" mark in a bold cartouche with JWR.  The name "Fancy" was verified by the Transfer Ware Club.  The pattern number 1289 is marked below in red.  There are  slight cutlery marks, and odd glaze on the back of the handles that look like it came from the factory that way.  No chips, no cracks, no hairlines, no crazing.  It measures 9.5" by 10.8".  Thanks for taking a look !!
