    Job Ridgway Pattern 1092 Pink Purple Floral Basket 9 Inch Plate Circa 1808-1814
    Nice earthenware pearlware plate with relief molded scrollwork leaves along the border. Decorated with hand colored flowers in pink and purple with green, cobalt, and ocher leaves and a cobalt and ocher basket. Marked on the reverse Opaque China in blue above the pattern number 1092 in red. Made by Job Ridgway. Circa 1808 to 1814.
    Has crazing typical of earthenware, wear consistent with age and use, overall patchy staining, a bruise to the front edge with an associated small chip to the back edge, a tight approximately 1 1/8 inch crack extending off the edge, and an approximately 3 inch tight crack through the foot rim.
