- Kaldi Fortis coffee roaster is the gas fired drum( 3 mm punched)roasting type
our unique technology through a mesh plate( Flame arrest) new concept is a coffee roaster to minimize the      loss of heat  while using all mathods of heat transfer( convection,radiation,conduction heat)
Our roaster is equipped with a much richer flavor of the fired drum roaster and stable operating system of
the semi-rotating fluidized bed roaster
Semi-Convection type
- Heat shield
- Excellent agitation system to mix evenly
- Rear curved blades for maximum airflow and agitation systems with numerous simulations to
improve completeness.
- The heat shield installed at the bottom of the product does not directly heat the drum from the heat source,
but creates an air flow to expand the convection heat.
Direct-fired type
- Mesh plate
- As the heat source passes through the mesh plate, it blocks the flame and supplies heat evenly
to the perforated drum.
- Heat absorption is improved by crossing the rising convective heat through the perforated drum and
the falling coffee bean drop
- Direct fired heat supply and proper exhaust balance ensure rich flavor and consistent results.
- The mesh plate is easy to open and close by sliding
