RARE TAN NYLON BUTTPACK - LC1 ALICE Combat Field - Desert Storm Fanny Pack - NOS

Description

This RARE lightweight nylon buttpack or small rucksack was made to military specifications around the time of the Desert Storm conflict. There are no tags or markings except for the stamped "US" on the flap, but it was possibly manufactured by military contractor, NORDAC. This versatile field training rucksack measures about 11" wide and 10" deep. The flap closure is two nylon straps and buckles and there is a rubberized liner. This vintage item has been in storage close to 30 years, and the liner has a white powdery substance on it, which, I believe, was to help preserve the rubber.. There are eyelets in various places to attach equipment, including two tabs for attaching load carrying suspenders. Two metal belt keepers attach to an equipment belt. Condition is NEW Old Stock.
