    Ridgway & Morley Archipelago Black Transferware 10 1/2" Dinner plate C. 1842-44
    Black transferware dinner plate in the Archipelago pattern. Marked Archipelago Improved Granite China R&M.
    By Ridgway and Morley circa1842-1844. Plate has a wonderful classical scene of ancient Persian ruins with mountains in the background one person riding a camel and three standing.
    Overall plate is in excellent bright clean condition. Has a few scattered knife marks consistent with age and use. A very nice example.
    Measures approximately 10 1/2 inches wide.
    This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display of the piece.
