    Hand Carved & Painted Robin
    State Bird of Connecticut, Michigan & Wisconsin
    This was hand carved and painted out of poplar wood on bass wood base. I have had this robin for over 36 years. This was being carved according the book "Bird and Flower Emblems of the United States" by Hilda Simon 1978. The Robin is the state bird of Connecticut, Michigan, and Wisconsin.
