Vintage Georgian Fine Porcelain Figurine Robin Red Breast w Matching Rose
The colors are more shades of orange than red.
There's a small chip at the tip of one of the rose petals with a tiny dot of paint wear. The paint wear is a tiny dot on the top, it is a tad larger on the  underside of the petal.  See my pictures.  Also, I note what appears to be a remnant of a sticker hear the larger foot, it looks like a crack almost.
The little bird is best described as an American Red Robin. The rose is best described as a cabbage rose.
Weight is 8.4 ounces.  Height is 4".  Width is about 3", Length is about 4".
